A: For some items, we offer free shipping to some countries such as United States,United Kingdom, Canada. Please kindly check the freight carefully before placing the orders.
Q: What precautions are taken to ship the painting safely to the buyer?
A: We take extra care to ship the paintings and canvas prints to you safely. we will use the tube for canvas prints without frame and gallery wrap and use carton, poly-bags and PE foam for framed or stretched photo canvas to protect the canvas wall art from damage.
Q: What if my canvas art is damaged during shipping?
A: In the very rare case that your canvas arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery so we can receive the package back from the shipping company and claim the insurance funds. We will send a new canvas prints to you within 2-3 days after we get the refused item.

Q: How can I pay for my painting?
